Planning Commission Advances Ordinance 2026-15

The City Council met Tuesday, October 20, 2026, receiving an update on the Wyckoff / Eagle Harbor Project from Remedial Project Manager Leigh Heinbokel. Heinbokel detailed perimeter wall replacement and upcoming dredging and capping of contaminated sediment (via CivicClerk). Council also reviewed Public Works' proposed $42.4 million budget for 2027-2028, part of the City's total $154.5 million biennial budget.

On Thursday, October 22, 2026, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on Ordinance No. 2026-15, updating the BIMC for consistency with state land use law. The commission will recommend approval to the City Council (via CivicClerk).
