Ordinance 2026-11 Extends FAR Program Sunset

On Tuesday, September 8, City Council extended the Bonus Floor Area Ratio (FAR) Program's sunset provisions until June 30, 2027. This extension, Ordinance No. 2026-11, supports ongoing work on the Winslow Subarea Plan and Comprehensive Plan updates. Council also welcomed new City Manager John Mauro and appointed Laura Ryser to the Kitsap County Solid Waste Advisory Committee, with Adam Nebenzahl as the voting alternate. Other approvals included the 2025 Annual Roads Project and the Ethics Board's 2025 Annual Report and 2026 Workplan.
