Nordland Construction to Extend Pleasant Beach Drive

On Tuesday, August 11, the City Council considered a $490,087.41 construction contract with Nordland Construction NW, Inc. for the Pleasant Beach Drive Extension Project, along with a $86,000.00 budget amendment. They also considered applying for Washington State Department of Commerce (DOC) Connecting Housing to Infrastructure Program (CHIP) grants: $418,000 for the Finch Green Project and about $744,000 for the Wintergreen Phase II Project. Councilmembers Lant, Mathews, and Fantroy-Johnson also requested a discussion of residential sport court standards for a future agenda.
