Leigh Heinbokel Updates Council on Wyckoff Project

The City Council met Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at Council Chambers on 280 Madison Ave N and via Zoom for a study session. Leigh Heinbokel, P.E., from the Environmental Protection Agency, updated on the Wyckoff / Eagle Harbor Project, detailing perimeter wall replacement and upcoming dredging and capping work (via CivicClerk).
