John Mauro Welcomed as City Manager

The City Council welcomed John Mauro as the new City Manager on Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 280 Madison Ave N. Council also adopted Ordinance No. 2026-11, extending the Bonus Floor Area Ratio (FAR) program's sunset provisions until June 30, 2027, impacting development in Winslow. Laura Ryser was confirmed as City Representative to the Kitsap County Solid Waste Advisory Committee, with Adam Nebenzahl as the voting alternate. The Planning Commission met on Thursday, September 10, to discuss its 2027 Work Plan.
