Dan Novick Secures BHS Model UN Trips

The Bainbridge Island School District board met Thursday, September 24, 2026, approving two Model UN field trips for BHS students and accepting two donations. Principal Dan Novick received approval for advisors McCallum and Dorny to lead 60 students to Seattle, WA, November 13-15, 2026, and 40 students to New York, NY, March 11-15, 2027. The board also accepted $1,800.00 from the Peter Marsh Foundation for music supplies at Sakai Intermediate School, and an $8,173.00 donation from the Seattle Foundation for the Betsy Hodges memorial fund, benefitting graduating BHS seniors.
