Clarence Moriwaki Recognizes Christy Shipman's Service

On Tuesday, September 8, City Council adopted Ordinance No. 2026-11, extending the Bonus Floor Area Ratio (FAR) Program for Winslow until June 30, 2027. Council also welcomed new City Manager John Mauro and recognized Senior Accounting Technician Christy Shipman on her retirement, with Mayor Clarence Moriwaki's proclamation (via CivicClerk). Separately, on Thursday, September 10, the Planning Commission moved to recommend its 2027 Work Plan to the City Council for approval (via CivicClerk).
