$284,000 Boosts Annual Roads Project

On Tuesday, September 22, the City Council authorized a $284,000 change order for the 2026 Annual Roads Project, adding about 0.71-lane miles of road overlay work (via CivicClerk). Council also held a public hearing for Ordinance No. 2026-10, concerning interim development regulations and mandatory inclusionary zoning. They considered a Washington State Department of Commerce grant application for about $2,000,000 for the 625 Winslow Way project and presented the 2027-2028 Proposed Budget.
